  • Two-person teams, $10 entry fee per team, space is limited
  • Sign-up opens at 2 p.m., matches start at 3 p.m., arrive early
  • Great prizes for the top finishers

And, we've updated our Sponsor list.

When & Where
The Picnic will take place Saturday, August 4 from 2 p.m. - dusk at Woodlands Park in Perrysburg, Ohio (suburb of Toledo). Rain or shine! (Click to learn more about beautiful Woodlands Park.)

What & Why
Enjoy a day of family fun — and support a good cause — at the first-annual Hannah's Socks Summer Picnic! The Picnic is free to attend and all are welcome. We'll have games and entertainment for kids and adults alike, plus a traditional 'burgers-n-hotdogs' barbecue.

The event is our main fundraising event for 2007, so we encourage adults to bring a little extra cash or their checkbook. We'll have plenty of fun ways to donate at many different levels. All proceeds go directly to supporting Hannah's Socks!

Entertainment Lineup
We're very excited to have two talented performers already on the schedule. Singer-songwriter Kerry Patric Clark — an incredible storyteller who's won multiple local and national awards for his work — will perform live.

In addition, Ginger Bell the Clown will entertain the kids all day long with face painting, animal balloons, and a grand-finale magic show.

Also, we continue adding great activities for kids, including "make-and-takes" (string beads, puppets), how to make (clean) mud and huge soap bubbles, and a clown performing a magic show, making balloon animals, and painting faces. Stay tuned for more!
