Hannah's Socks • warm feet, warm hearts

The Hannah's Socks Volunteer of the Month Award is given to a person who best reflects the generous spirit of Hannah Turner by donating those most valuable of gifts — time and energy — in support of the Hannah's Socks cause.

We'd like to congratulate the winner for September 2009, Eisa Ulrich of Toledo, Ohio.

Eisa's contributions include:

• Helping pass out socks during our bi-weekly program at the Downtown Toledo library
• Counting and sorting socks during Saturday inventory days
• Picking up donations from supporters
• Delivering donations to partner shelters
• Coordinating two Sock Drives at her place of employment
• Participating with her daughter Emily in the Kingston Family Fun Day, the Mud Hens event, and in the Bocce Ball Bash and Euchre Tournaments
