Hannah's Socks • warm feet, warm hearts

The Hannah's Socks Volunteer of the Month Award is given to a person who best reflects the generous spirit of Hannah Turner by donating those most valuable of gifts — time and energy — in support of the Hannah's Socks cause.

We'd like to congratulate the winner for February 2010, Gail Federle of Fort Thomas, Kentucky.

Gail's contributions include:

• Participating in our recent Disney Give A Day, Get A Day program
• For the second year, engaging Northern Kentucky Junior Volley Ball in a Sock Drive (150 families)
• Collecting 1,218 pairs of socks, doubling her goal of 600 and up from 350 pairs last year
• Donating the socks to one of Hannah's Socks key partners, Brighton Center in Northern Kentucky
