Photos and thanks from Harrison Rally Day

Thanks to all who came to see Hannah's Socks at Harrison Rally Day in Perrysburg! Hannah had a blast riding in a convertible during the parade, with the song "Sock It To Me" by Mitch Ryder blasting on the car's stereo.

We'd like to thank the many people who made our great day possible:

  • Our generous T-shirt sponsors: Downey Daisy Home Services; J-M Designs; Barry VanHoozen State Farm Insurance; Physical Therapy Consultants; and Skotinksy Financial Services
  • The Hannah's Socks community awareness committee, volunteers, Board members, Junior Board members, and volunteer chair Jessica
  • Jack for building and Kara for designing the art for our faceboard (pictured above)
  • Gretchen the golden retriever for being our mascot
  • The Turner family and their 8 amazing kids

We've posted the first round of photos on our Flickr page.

Hannah's Socks at Toledo Mud Hens

Thanks to all who came out Sunday for pizza and baseball

The Hannah's Socks team was overwhelmed as more than 100 people came out for the meet-up at PizzaPapalis and the Mud Hens game, where Hannah showed a great lefty arm in throwing out the first pitch!

Thanks to everyone who wore our T-shirts, hung out with the Turner clan, and generally made the night a huge success. We'll be posting movies and photos in the next day or two, so stay tuned or more highlights!

Bring socks to the Hens game!

The Toledo Mud Hens have not only invited our Hannah Turner to throw out the first pitch at the game this Sunday, August 30, they're also helping us collect sock donations! You can find details on the Mud Hens website. If you're attending the game, please considering bringing a pack of new socks!

Cinci friends: Consider giving blood this Saturday

One of our business partners, Simply Self Storage, is hosting a blood drive this Saturday, August 21.

If you live in greater Cincinnati and would like to learn how you can help this worthy cause, call 513-984-9384. And tell them Hannah's Socks sent you!
